‘Notes From The Lockdown’ - is a collaboration between two female artists - guitarist Ruta Di and painter Anna Polukord. Ruta Di wrote and recorded 3 pieces - ‘Motion’, ‘Uncertainty’ and ‘Hope’. For each tune Anna Polukord created a painting. Artists are exploring themes of a sudden pause, waiting, the unknown and inevitable change. 

Ruta Di is focusing on repetitiveness, meditative mood, speech melody and emphasis of harmony in  storytelling. Inspired by Rob Scallon’s way of using delay pedal and Steve Reich’s music, along with abstract paintings by Anna Polukord, she will take you on an unforgettable trip.
